STAYING FIT AND HEALTHY IS NOT A BIG TASK, ONLY YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF FEW THINGS IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE💁🏻♀️ Following are the few easy tips you can include in your daily diet and become strong healthy and fit. 🧊Drink 6 glasses of water, diluted juices,herb or fruit teas. ( Very important as it will help to hydrate your body)
🍛Eat 2 servings of beans, lentils, quinoa,tofu or ‘seed’ vegetables.(provide proteins to develop muscles and increasing metabolism )
🍎Eat 3 pieces of fresh fruits such as apples,pears,berries,melon or citrus fruit.( Helps to maintain the working of inner system of body)
🍚Eat 4 servings of whole grains such as brown rice, millets, rye, oats, wholewheat, corn etc( Provides good healthy carbs to gain the energy)
🥗Eat 5 servings of dark green leafy and root vegetables such as watercress, carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, green beans, peas and bell peppers.(Gives lots of fibers minerals and vitamins)
🥦Eat whole, organic, raw food as often as you can.
❌Avoid fried, burnt and browned food, hydrogenated fat and excess animal fat.
❌Avoid any form of sugar also white , refined or processed food with chemicals additives and minimise the intake of alcohol, coffee, tea- have no more than 1 serving of tea or coffee in a day (for the start)
NOTE:- Try to do all these things and start with one habit at one time and continue it for 10-15 days it will gradually become your habit and then pick the other and do the same procedure i bet you will see changes in your health after accepting even 1 habit from above.
