30 day challenge update.
So today has been another excellent day on the track to a healthier routine Alhamdulilah . I hope my updates help you even a little to get on to a healthier routine.
I woke up half an hour early and read my tasbeeh instead of morning prayer ( cant pray right now) then jogged 10 laps in the garden also half an hour abs work out (see pic)
I have had 2 litres of water flavoured with lemon.
For breakfast I ate a mushroom and spinach omelette , a banana , 3 dates and a large glass of water.
For lunch I ate home made thai green curry and boiled brown rice with a green salad . I made sure I ate small portions also ate my heavier meal in the day so I have time to burn off .
For dinner I ate the same as yesterday , spicy chicken and a large green salad with chilli sauce also a papaya after .
For my snacks today I had delicious homemade hummus which I had with carrot sticks also a fruit platter of an orange , pear , apple and watermelon. I also had a cup of green tea with honey and 3 wotsits! I'm only human 😫 kids were eating them but soo glad i stopped at 3!
I have just been for a walk now with the kids for just under a mile ( my first proper venture out in nearly 12weeks! I have only been out a handful of times due to my lung , it felt soo good although the local park is in such a state it was disheartening but that's a whole other issue! 😔 ) Nenette Diallo I think I am either hitting my 10k steps a day or very close but still not sure how to count as i dont always have my phone on me and I don't have a fitness watch either. When I walked now my phone showed I have completed just over 3000 steps and my jogging is around 4000 on average so I am sure I am near it or on it if I could count every step all day.
over all I feel it was a great day. I think I am on the right track IA . Nothing I am doing feels over whelming and I feel it is my routine now which is nice. Just pray I can carry on ❤🤲
